HK TA Acting Club does not suspend or refund membership fees.
HK TA Acting Club cannot take responsibility for any items brought to, or left on the premises. Members attend workshops at their own risk.
Please arrive on time for classes as latecomers may not be admitted, and there will be no refund.
Members can book classes online, by phone, email or in person.
For phone and email bookings, please provide your full name and membership number, course code and start date and payment details. If you have not heard back from the bookings office within 5 working days it is your responsibility to call and check your status.
Please note that inclusion of cash, cheque or credit card details with your booking does not guarantee a place on the class. Payments will not be cashed until the bookings office has confirmed there is a place on the class.
If you wish to book a drop in class and pay on the day, you must call reception on the day of the class and reserve a place.
If you wish to secure a place in advance, this must be done through the regular bookings and payments procedure.
If you are late for a class you have booked we reserve the right to refuse you entrance to the class without a refund so please be punctual.
If you cannot attend a class you have been booked on for any reason you must let the bookings office know as soon as possible. If you cancel before noon the previous working day (ie noon on Tuesday for a Wednesday class) you can rebook your class within the month in which the cancellation occurred.
Once you are booked on a class (paid or unpaid), if you do not cancel, you will be liable for the class fee whether or not you attend. We strongly suggest you to print out each email sent to our office for each of your cancellations.
Only 3 classes, cancelled in advance, can be transfered into your credit account and deducted from the following month membership fee.
If there are more than 3 classes cancelled in advance, only 3 can be used to renew your membership or/and can be deducted from the following fee.
Unfortunately, if you cancel a class you have booked later than noon the previous working day we must charge you the full fee. If you cannot attend a class on the day you must contact reception to let us know. You can text us 9756 2131 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Credits reimbursement will be given at the discretion of the Association management.
Changes to the programme/ Class Cancellation

Classes cancelled by HK TA Acting Club will result in 100% refund of the class costs (credit) or we invite you to reschedule the class. Credit from cancelled or unavailable classes will be held on your HK TA Acting Club Membership account and may be used to pay for classes or membership renewal. We can only count you 3 credits in total. Those credits will be deducted from one or several memberships fee following the cancelled classes. More than 3 credits per member will not be taking into consideration as a refund. You may renew your membership with the total amount of credits hold in your account.

A new contract will be made and your memberships fee re-evaluated. You may have to pay an specific outstanding number or if there is no outstanding, we may have to refund you. Everything will be written and explained to you on the new contract.
